The Division of Cannabis Regulation (DCR) is located within the Department of Health and Senior Services. DCR is responsible for regulating medical and adult use programs in Missouri to help ensure safe access to marijuana. Regulation authority is provided through Article XIV, Section 1 and Section 2 of the Missouri Constitution and 19 CSR 100. There are two offices and two sections within the Division: The Director’s Office, the Office of Operational Support, the Section for Patient and Application Services and the Section for Compliance and Enforcement.
The Director’s Office includes Outreach staff to focus on communication efforts for licensees, microbusiness applicants, the public and other stakeholders. For questions about DCR resources or education, please contact Outreach at DCRC@health.mo.gov.
