Record Keeping Requirements
19 CSR 30-90.060 establishes the minimum requirements for administrative, participant and program records that an adult day care provider is required to maintain. Record keeping requirements in this section include the following:
- Administrative records requirements;
- Individual participant record requirements;
- Maintain program records;
- Time frame for record keeping.
Reminder: ADC programs receiving Medicaid waiver funding through DHSS or DMH or federal reimbursements are also required to comply with those program requirements.
When the regulation(s) conflict, the provider is required to comply with the more stringent regulation(s).
